The Forensic Experience offers various interactive events for adults and children including forensic children’s birthday parties, adult murder mystery nights, Crime Scene Investigation workshops in schools, colleges and universities, CSI after school club, team building events, events for Cubs Scouts, Guides, Brownies, Rangers and Explorers and any other sort of group. Also available are forensic talks catering for Women’s Institute and ProBus type of group. 

Since June 2020, The Forensic Experience is now also offering Zoom style forensic talks based on the life of a CSI, to adults and children. Making it easier for The Forensic Experience to come to you virtually where ever you are in the world!  These events provide a fascinating insight into the world of forensic investigations and delves into the world of forensics and what actually happens behind the crime scene tape.

Hayley is a former Crime Scene Examiner with over 14 years of experience working with the Metropolitan Police. She brings her skills and great enthusiasm to stage interactive forensic  events.  Hayley is based in Reading but covers most parts of the UK in person, and then offers virtual events for those too far to visit in person. Hayley adapts the content of these events for the audience making them age appropriate.

Adults and those over 12 years can investigate a staged murder scene. Hayley uses a  unique silicone body made at a nearby film studios. This brings the events to life! Powdering and lifting fingermark evidence, examination of the murder victim , testing DNA, analysing witness statements, listening to the recordings of the suspect interviews and finally identifying whodunit! Hayley also shares stories of her experience as a CSI.

For children Hayley stages a burglary whereby the children examine a burglary scene. The children will find hidden fingermarks using brushes and powders and also get to find the DNA evidence and compare shoemarks at the burglary scene. After finding all the important forensic evidence and listening to the recording of the suspect interviews the children can then work together to catch the burglar! Hayley has lots of experience working with children and makes this a light hearted fun but also educational experience your child will very much enjoy.
